Leads security, AI strategy, and automation. Built the tooling that lets a team of 20 manage 300+ environments.
Head of Operations
Runs service delivery, processes, and infrastructure. Makes sure the team has what they need to do great work for clients.

Manages client relationships, new business, and marketing. Makes sure our clients feel looked after and prospects find us.
